Why be involved? Your organization can:
- Provide specific and valuable input on product directions, needs, and expectations.
- Access project documentation and artifacts as they’re developed.
- Participate in beta testing, early access to software, and initiate early program implementation.
- Contribute to bug fixes and enhancements to help ensure Kuali Student is a quality product.
- Include your implementation experiences and materials in the community body of knowledge.
- Include your expertise in the development of support processes and the final product release.
We offer a range of participation options based on your level of commitment. Contact us to get started.
Founder
- Contribute at least $1M per year in staff or cash resources for five years.
- Join Kuali Foundation.
- Commit to run most or all modules of the core product in production.
- Participate on the Kuali Student Board, the Kuali Student Steering Committee and the Functional Council.
- Participate fully on the project.
Partner
- Contribute staff or cash roughly equivalent to $150k - $500k per year.
- Join Kuali Foundation.
- Commit to implement one or more Kuali Student modules.
- Participate fully on the project, potentially provide representation on either the Kuali Student Steering Committee or Functional Council.
Contributor
- Join the Kuali Foundation, and possibly allocate other smaller cash contributions toward the development of Kuali Student.
- Commit to possibly implement one or more modules of Kuali Student.
- Participate in scheduled feedback sessions.
- Receive progress reports and access to project documentation and artifacts as they are published.
Adopter
- Commit to implement one or more modules of Kuali Student.
- Can contribute implementation experiences back to the community of knowledge.
Supporter
- Keep informed on Kuali Student.
Commercial Affiliates
- Commit to support implementation services, support services or actively work to develop new modules or interfaces to other software systems.
